SCOTT H. FINKBEINER received his Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was on the Dean's list.  Mr. Finkbeiner received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law School, where he was a member of the Professional Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Finkbeiner was also nominated as a “Top Attorney” by the San Diego Daily Transcript.
Mr. Finkbeiner, co-founder of Wilkinson & Finkbeiner, focuses his practice in all aspects of family law, including divorce, paternity, and marital agreements.  In addition to negotiating countless settlements, Mr. Finkbeiner has conducted numerous trials involving complex issues of characterization, valuation, and division of marital property, custody and visitation matters involving move-aways, parental alienation, abuse, child protective services, and interstate child abduction, as well as all aspects of child and spousal support.

Mr. Finkbeiner is a frequent lecturer on matters involving family law issues.  These include lectures at California Western School of Law and the San Diego County Bar Association on the Fundamentals of Family Law and the Nuts & Bolts of Domestic Violence Restraining Orders.

Finally, Mr. Finkbeiner is extremely active in the community.   Mr. Finkbeiner has served on the San Diego County Bar Association's Board of Directors, Chairperson of the Lawyer Referral & Information Service, Chairperson of the San Diego County Bar Association's Young & New Lawyers Division.  Mr. Finkbeiner has lectured on topics including: What They Don’t Teach You In Law School and How To Open A Law Firm. 
Mr. Finkbeiner enjoys golfing, triathlons and going to the beach with his dog “Penny.”
